We are providing an innovative solution to re-feed dead stocked Iron Ore at Rio Tinto Yandicoogina. The project commenced in July 2020 and is a priority project on-site to meet forecasted production milestones. The setup involves a self-contained 400kva generator and a customised electrical Hopper and Stacker capable of running at up 1,500 tph.
The scope of work is a double shift production tonnage based project, which consists of running two 992 wheel loaders. One loader provides material to the other 992 feeding the Striker TL2000. The Striker TL2000 loads material onto a custom electric stacker, which feeds the adjacent stacker belt.
The goal to achieve 18,000t per 24 hours of operation, was easily met with a shift record of 23,303t per 24 hours.
