Clinton Keenan
Chief Executive Officer
Clinton has over 25 years’ experience working for miners and contractors in both regional and international positions covering operational, maintenance and technical management roles. His solution-focussed collaborative leadership style has enabled him to develop greenfield development teams, brownfields capital works and deliver large mobile and fixed installations. His diverse experience base helps support the IMC team in delivering safe, effective and productive outcomes for our clients
Derek Williamson
Chief Operating Officer
Derek brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior operational, commercial and executive roles with owner miners and contractors. His proactive and practical approach is applied to ensuring strong client relationships are built and maintained on the performance of IMC’s delivery teams
Leo Vinci
Non-Executive Director
Leo has over 30 years management and operational experience in the mining, construction, and quarrying industry. He also has extensive experience in board advisory and has built strong relationships over his working career which he continues to develop and maintain at IMC.
Leo has been instrumental in founding the Stoneridge Foundation and is proud to support organisations who work tirelessly on improving health outcomes.
Sam Cruickshank
Chief Financial Officer
Sam has over 15 years’ experience working in senior financial and management roles across a range of resources and non-resources businesses. His financial acumen and strategic capabilities have enabled him to develop teams and lead them through financial improvement projects. His ability to leverage growth capital and debt funding will help enable sustainable growth for the IMC business.
Pat Pearcey
General Manager – Civil Construction
Pat is a construction professional with over 20 years of construction management experience building mine infrastructure works across Australia. Pat has worked for major contractors in delivering projects up to $200 million in value for the likes of Rio Tinto, BHP and FMG.
James Chomley
General Manager – Mining
James is a versatile senior management professional with extensive mining experience having undertaken key leadership roles across a number of new startup, expansion and development, and operational mining projects throughout Australia. James leads the IMC Mining Division.
Des Sit
Group Manager – Commercial & Supply Chain
Des has 20 years experience across finance, management consulting and strategic procurement roles across a breadth of industries including mining services, healthcare, automotive and utilities.
Has held senior roles in leading and re-shaping procurement & supply functions and value management of spend profiles in excess of $500m p.a.
Hartley Hollingsworth
Group Manager – HSEQT & Digital
Hartley is an experienced departmental lead with over 20 years’ experience both within Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience in creating and leading effective safety teams, primarily in the resources industry. He has also successfully delivered many digital transformation projects across a diverse range of industries, functions and companies. He is passionate about streamlining business process and systems to ensure consistent, resilient, high quality results.
