Clinton Keenan
Chief Executive Officer
Clinton has over 25 years’ experience working for miners and contractors in both regional and international positions covering operational, maintenance and technical management roles. His solution-focussed collaborative leadership style has enabled him to develop greenfield development teams, brownfields capital works and deliver large mobile and fixed installations. His diverse experience base helps support the IMC team in delivering safe, effective and productive outcomes for our clients
Derek Williamson
Chief Operating Officer
Derek brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior operational, commercial and executive roles with owner miners and contractors. His proactive and practical approach is applied to ensuring strong client relationships are built and maintained on the performance of IMC’s delivery teams
Leo Vinci
Non-Executive Director
Leo has over 30 years management and operational experience in the mining, construction, and quarrying industry. He also has extensive experience in board advisory and has built strong relationships over his working career which he continues to develop and maintain at IMC.
Leo has been instrumental in founding the Stoneridge Foundation and is proud to support organisations who work tirelessly on improving health outcomes.
Pat Pearcey
General Manager- Civil Construction
Pat is a construction professional with over 20 years of construction management experience building mine infrastructure works across Australia. Pat has worked for major contractors in delivering projects up to $200 million in value for the likes of Rio Tinto, BHP and FMG.
Luke Staines
Operations Manager- Civil
Luke is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of broad experience within the Civil Engineering industry. Luke has predominately worked for Tier 1 contractors and has successfully delivered large mining infrastructure projects in the Pilbara and Goldfields. Luke has vast experience of managing infrastructure Contracts from conception through to completion.
Brent Gerrie
Operations Manager
Brent has been working in the Mining, Civil Construction and Transport sectors for over 20 years, having held Operational Leadership roles with a number of Mining Contractors across Australia and Offshore throughout this time. He has a broad range of experience across multiple disciplines with a focus on safe productivity while delivering successful project outcomes.

Finance Manager
Rachel is a highly motivated and effective Finance Leader with over 15 years’ experience as a Finance Manager. Working in a diverse range of industries throughout her career, she is driven to build strong business relationships to achieve commercial results. Rachel is experienced leading her team through continuous process improvements whilst providing accurate and timely financial information
Simon Mateljan
Operations Manager
Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the Mining, Civil Construction and Crushing and Screening industries, holding senior roles in both Operational Management and Maintenance Management at projects throughout Western Australia. With a strong focus on client and relationship management, Simon is responsible for IMC’s Crushing and Screening product offering.

Maintenance Manager
An accomplished manager with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support business and financial objectives. With over 30 years experience within the industry Graeme is recognised as an expert in applying practical and innovative managerial concepts to optimise asset management and maintenance decisions, whilst maintaining a culture of zero harm.
