Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) are endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and provide a framework for organisations to realise their vision for reconciliation. IPA’s vision is to provide life changing opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in business.

Reconciliation is an ongoing journey that requires our constant attention as to what respect, relationships and opportunities mean to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
