In support of a major supply disruption for our client, we mobilised four 992 Loaders, ten 777 haul trucks and four screening plants within a two week period to support the processing output of three mines.
This included installation of 90,000m3 of bulk earthworks for plant processing foundations, haul roads and 2,000tph integrated electric feeders to ensure ongoing iron ore supply to the ship loaders.
Up to 650,000t of material was screened per month with subsequent rehandle via 777 fleets and refeed by electric and diesel/hydraulic feeders onto clients belts.
Project was completed over a 9 month period until major refurbishment works were complete on the clients infrastructure.
