Our team, through our partner business, undertook a $20m ore production package of -8mm fines production for the preproduction ore activities to support commissioning of the processing facilities. Activities included ROM management, crush, screen, rehandle and stockpile a 1 km to client rail activities.
We produced at a rate of 6,000,000t per annum across two circuits, receiving feed direct from the initial Hope Downs 4 pits.
We utilised large teack mounted crushing circuits, complete with 1480-1175 Jaws, 1550 400HP Cones and 984 20×4 Screens, this circuite was fed by 992K, 988H and 980 Loaders, supported by a haul fleet of 6x 777F Haul Trucks, 14M Graders, water and service trucks.
