The scope of work included an upstream raise utilising the existing tailings to raise the perimeter embankments of the tailings facility
Work included foundation preparation, push up, condition and compact tailings, raise decant access way with rock, raise decant structure and load haul and place rock to outer embankments
Equipment utilised included D6 LGP dozers, D8T dozer, 14M Grader, articulated dump trucks and watercarts, 30T excavators, 18T rollers.
The project was completed incident free, on time and within budget
