R U OK?

As part of our RU OK day activities, IMC’s corporate team hosted a session with Mates In Mining. IMC have partnered with Mates In Mining, a mental health support and advocacy organisation, to roll out our mental health initiatives across our business and bring awareness of the health challenges of working in remote locations. We welcome initiatives like this, to start conversations and to raise awareness, whilst offering opportunities for the team to upskill and deal with the increasing complexity of mine site life.
