In 2015, NEMMS JV Pty Ltd (NEMMS JV) was established as a partnership between Nyiyaparli Engineering Mine and Maintenance Services Pty Ltd and Iron Mine Services Pty Ltd. We began with a single contract to provide civil and maintenance services and a vision to build win-win relationships with our clients and the communities in which we operate.
Since that time, we have expanded the breadth of our service offerings, our geographical reach, the depth of our client base, and the strength of our relationships with Traditional Owners across Western Australia.
We have done all of these things while maintaining the absolute commitment to safety, our strong focus on responding to the needs of our Clients, and our desire to develop the capability of our Indigenous business partners, on which our business is built. Critical to this has been the involvement of Iron Mine Contracting Pty Ltd (IMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Iron Mine Services Pty Ltd and the capability partner to the group.
As we continue on our journey of growth and development, through larger and more complex projects, it is important for our team and our clients, that the capability and strength of our mining, civil, crushing and Indigenous partnerships are clearly communicated through one consistent brand, IMC.
As such, we are rebranding, with the IMC name taking a more prominent place across our businesses and in the wider market, hence the renaming of our Internet presence.
Importantly, while our rebranding will change the way we present to and communicate with the market, it will not affect the way work with our clients or our stakeholders. It is a step towards us becoming the leading diversified contractor.
