Opportunity to celebrate

IMC ‘s indigenous engagement strategy sees us connect with local stakeholders in the country in which we work to create right-sized opportunities providing sustainable outcomes that meet the goals of our stakeholders.

Last month, Joyce Tullock-Taylor and Scott Wolfenden from Sahul Worx JV met with Iron Mine Contracting and Liontown Resources at a signing ceremony to formalise the agreement to supply equipment to IMC for the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project. This is an exciting step forward for Joyce as a proud Tjiwarl woman and traditional landowner. We are proud to have been able to support Joyce in her purchase with a long-term hire agreement, the fourth such agreement for a Tjiwarl stakeholder for equipment on this site.

Liontown Resources has demonstrated a commitment to facilitating business opportunities for Traditional Owners and creating long-term wealth for the Tjiwarl people and their future generations.

We look forward to working with Joyce as she realises this opportunity to develop her business.
